Stripe integration is parked for Q3 2026. Until then everything we've built is on the free tier with a 10-snapshot/month cap. Heavy users today bring their own Claude API key to bypass the cap — your inference calls go via your account at Anthropic, our cap doesn't apply.
Yes — that's the whole point of monthly billing. Pause from Settings, your profile stays intact, and you re-activate when you're back in the search. We don't charge for paused months.
Your account drops to Free immediately or at end of period (your choice). Profile, hunt history, and snapshot history stay put — you can re-upgrade and pick up exactly where you left off. If you want to delete rather than cancel, that's a separate one-click action in Settings → Security → Danger zone. Deletion is real, not a soft flag.
Within 14 days of a monthly charge, full refund, no questions. Past 14 days, we don't refund — but you can cancel and not be charged again. Yearly: 30-day window for a full refund.
If you're between jobs and Premium is a stretch, write us — we'll quietly extend the Free tier for the duration of your search. We don't make people justify hardship; just ask.
Existing paying users keep their original price for 24 months minimum from sign-up, regardless of public pricing changes. If we ever raise prices on existing users (we hope not), you'll get 60 days written notice and a chance to lock in for another 24.
Applicable sales tax / VAT is calculated by Stripe at checkout based on your billing address. DPA is available on request today; auto-signed for paid plans when they launch. SOC-2 Type I is on the post-launch roadmap (not contracted yet) — current trust posture at /security.
